RECUR is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join its team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will help build the team that is working with some of the largest brands in the world on innovative, creative projects in the nascent and growing NFT space.
What you will do at RECUR
- Create and execute the strategy that will enable us to access the best Engineering and Product talent and bring them to RECUR
- Lead recruiting for a wide range of technical roles within RECUR’s Engineering and Product organizations
- Partner with the VP of Engineering to build a high performing, fully remote, US based engineering team
- Be a senior member of the talent acquisition team providing guidance and direction to develop the strategies needed to attract world class engineering talent and maintain high offer acceptance rates, including leveraging market knowledge to keep hiring managers apprised of potential bottlenecks and constantly reevaluating processes to eliminate inefficiencies
- Be involved in all aspects of talent acquisition including: strategy, sourcing, vetting, motivating, coordinating, negotiating, closing, and onboarding
- Mentor and lead a small team of talent acquisition partners and coordinators as we grow
- Provide an amazing experience for our candidates from the initial outreach to their first day at RECUR
- Understand the interdependencies between People team functions (including compensation, benefits, and mobility) and constantly recalibrate recruiting strategy to ensure top performance and staying competitive in the marketplace
- Use talent mapping to build a strong pipeline strategy, aligning talent distribution with RECUR’s hiring needs and partnering with the executive team to forecast needs
- Evaluate and use recruiting and hiring data to develop reliable metrics and dashboards for reporting on technical hiring to RECUR’s leadership team
- Effectively carry out the hiring process end-to-end, including establishing regular touch-points and maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle
What you bring to RECUR
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience as a technology talent acquisition specialist in the technology, video game, or crypto industries
- Experience recruiting software engineers including: web, front end, back end, database, cloud, SREs, mobile (iOS and Android), and DevOps; cryptocurrency and blockchain are a plus
- Experiencing building out and scaling technical teams
- Ability to create and execute recruiting strategies including previous ownership with employer promotion in the market and diverse sourcing
- Previous experience building out the full candidate lifecycle
- Command of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to enable effective sourcing and hiring of candidates
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership to ensure that hiring plans and job descriptions are aligned with business priorities
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen required to collaborate internally with teammates and effectively convey RECUR’s value externally to applicants
- Passion for mentoring co-workers and building strong teams
- Highly organized and detail oriented
