Web3 Social Media Manager

About The Role

Palm NFT Studio is currently seeking a Social Media Manager with a passion for blockchain and NFTs to join our growing Community Team.

You will be responsible for our social reputation across multiple channels (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram). This individual should understand our brand and have a passion for Web3 and NFTs.

You should not only be familiar with this industry but also proactively keep up to date on the latest social media trends. You will have a direct impact on our overall marketing strategy so solid knowledge around SEO, lead generation, social media management tools, technologies, and customer service are critical.

We are looking for someone with an affinity for knowledge sharing and strong leadership skills, which the rest of the social team can align to and learn from. Excellent presentation skills will also come in handy as this role requires you to represent the Palm NF Studio in front of customers and other stakeholders.

A creative background in both copywriting and an eye for design is helpful. Though not required, this comes in handy for understanding and streamlining the rest of the team’s operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategy and guidelines that align with our overarching marketing and business goals
• Deep knowledge of & mastery of social platforms (i.e. Facebook/Instagram, Reddit, Twitter & YouTube)
• Manage day-to-day posting on Palm NFT Studio social properties
• Monitor, listen and respond to audience comments and direct messages
• Be a steward of best practices in messaging, grammar, and writing for social media
• Stay on top of trends and tools in the social media space
• Prior experience driving social strategy and day-to-day execution in a cross-functional organization
• Exceptional writing skills and ability to translate complex topics into simple, digestible, buyer-oriented copy
• Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to deliver feedback thoughtfully and receive it gracefully
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Own our social brand guidelines and voice and ensure consistency across channels
• Responsible for collaborating on community growth strategies with marketing and partnerships teams

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to translate complex topics into simple, digestible, buyer-oriented copy
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in the B2B tech/enterprise software space
• Data driven: Ability to track, measure, and report social media performance and insights
• Must excel in a self-managed environment
• Prior experience driving social strategy and day-to-day execution in a cross-functional organization
