Web3 Solana/Rust developer

We are seeking an Solana/Rust developer to join our growing startup team. As a Solana/Rust Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our blockchain-based applications on the Solana platform.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain blockchain-based applications on the Solana platform
Work with other developers to integrate Solana-based solutions into our software stack
Collaborate with our product and design teams to ensure the user experience is seamless and intuitive
Research and implement new technologies and techniques to optimize performance and scalability
Write and maintain high-quality, testable, and reusable code
Debug and resolve any issues that arise during the development, testing, and deployment phases
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Solana and blockchain technology and apply them to our projects

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in software development, with a focus on blockchain and distributed systems
• Proficiency in Solana and its programming language, Rust
• Experience with smart contract development, token issuance and management, and blockchain architecture
• Experience with web3.js, Solana's JSON-RPC API, and other related tools and libraries
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus:

• Experience with other blockchain technologies such as Ethereum or Polkadot
• Experience with front-end development using React or other modern frameworks
