Web3 Solidity Developer

We are looking for Solidity developers to assist in implementation of latest DeFi strategies. The qualified candidate must have worked in a startup driving towards tight deadlines and working with multiple functional groups including partners and remote teams.

He/She will work in a fast-paced environment, independently and within a remote team to deliver & deploy the codes in agile methodology. He/she works remotely and preferably in the Singapore/HKT timezone.

Understanding of liquidity pools, AMM's, cross-chain asset swaps, staking, crypto lending & borrowing, DEX's and aggregators and overall yield farming is a must. If Pancakeswap, Harvest, Pickle, Yam and Sushi aren't just food connotations for you - let's talk and especially if you breathe and live DeFi, we are interested to work with you.

Responsibility

1. Writing clean, gas-efficient, and well tested Solidity code.
2. Researching and learning to use new Ethereum technologies and best practices, such as layer-2 scaling technologies and implementations.
3. Evaluating various DeFi models along with product manager and leadership team
4. Researching, gathering, and designing DeFi strategies based on requirements.

Requirements

1. Solidity (advanced).
2. Deep understanding of the EVM and compatible networks.
3. Have deployed DeFi contracts to mainnet
4. Deployed and executed successful flash loan contracts.
5. Experience testing Solidity code using both a framework and Solidity mock contracts.
6. Understand mainnet forking for running tests
7. Smart contract framework experience (hardhat/truffle)
8. Strong passion and eagerness to learn about the technologies and cryptoeconomics underpinning today’s most innovative DeFi and protocols.

Optional

1. Understanding of ETH2.0
2. Rust, Go or C++ experience
3. Non-Ethereum smart contract experience (Polkadot, Avalanche, Cosmos etc)
4. React + TypeScript experience
5. Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
6. “Independent and First Principles” thinking is a GREAT advantage!

Salary & Compensations

1. 5 days work. Flexible timing.
2. Above-market-rate salary in USD$
3. Governance utility token vested daily for the next 4 years.
4. Full time but remote work
5. Yearly bonus based on company financial performance
