Web3 Solidity Engineer

Requirements

1. 2+ years full time experience in software development (Backend is preferred).
2. 2+ year practical experience developing smart contracts in Solidity.
3. Practical knowledge of Yul intermediary language.
4. Can write secure, scalable smart contracts on Ethereum as well as EVM compatible blockchains
5. Proof of work: At least 3 live projects on-chain.
6. Proficient with fungible & non-fungible token standards.
7. Practical knowledge of Slither, web3/ethers, truffle/hardhat, truffle/hd-wallet, ganache-cli, smartcontract oracles, Infura, Diamond standard/Proxy pattern.
8. Practical knowwledge of Github workflows, typescript, reactJs.
9. Test driven development.
10. Methodical approach to every day tech problems.

Bonus points (Nice to Have)

1. First principle thinking.
2. 2 Positive references.

Scope of work

1. Own up the smart contract development at Electron.
2. Streamline smart contract development, QA, code review & security audit processes.
3. Prepare & optimise technical architecture for smart contract interactions.
4. Develop secure, scalable & upgradeable smart contracts basing EIP 2535.
5. Write end-to-end unit and integration tests.
6. Manage solidity engineers through task delegation, analysing code, streamling development environment.
7. Technical documentation.
