Valora Inc is hiring a Web3 Sr. Product Manager
Compensation: $72k - $75k estimated
Location: San Francisco, California, United States
In this role you will have the opportunity to provide a delightful onboarding and cash-in experience to new Valora users. You will be responsible for owning a vital part of the product roadmap from planning and executing to delivery of the Valora wallet's upgraded features and capabilities.
You will:
- Product manage consumer facing mobile applications
- Design and launch product experiments
- Own the full product cycle for a part of the Valora stack: from ideation through launch and ongoing performance analysis
- Own the product roadmap and manage the product backlog
- Work with the user experience research team to gain qualitative insights that help you build better products for users
- Work with data to obtain product insight and drive strategy
- Align and motivate the cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class user experiences on time
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to develop solutions that deliver delightful user experiences and that provide maximum value to Valora users
- Establish and enhance the collaboration between Marketing, Engineering and Product teams to ensure that the feature launches are aligned with relevant campaigns
You have:
- Experience taking features from a hypothesis to delivering value to real users
- Curiosity and willingness to research new topics and learn about new technologies
- A passion for coming up with ways to address user problems through the use of technology
- Ability to work both independently and lead a cross functional team
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Bonus: Familiarity and passion for crypto, open source and/or distributed computing
