Responsibilities

Work closely with our CTO to design the specification, high level architecture, and future roadmap for the Niural Protocol

Lead development of the Niural Protocol on solidity / rust-based blockchains, managing the full software development life cycle

Implement core protocol functionality in solidity / rust

Write thorough test coverage of all smart contract functionality

Create deployment scripts and integrations for cross-chain deployments of the protocol

Constantly research the frontier of smart contracts, and think critically about how the Niural Protocol may be able to integrate the latest innovations across the crypto ecosystem

Who you are

Demonstrable experience with solidity / rust, and an understanding of best practices and design patterns of the language

Extensive experience managing the software development life cycle for medium to large projects

Driven and curious about the future of DeFi and smart contract engineering

Years of experience do not matter as long as you have built complex projects from scratch, have a burning desire to learn more, constantly improve yourself and enjoy solving difficult problems on a daily basis.
