Who we're looking for
Neon Labs (neonlabs.org) is seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity and a deep understanding of people. You'll partner with our senior officers and founders and bring onboard the most talented staff.
You'll Spend Your Time 👀
- Leading and managing the recruiting activity within the nontechnical/bizdev/marketing space, including responsibility for multiple senior searches with external partners
- Building trust and creating excellent partnerships with a variety of internal stakeholders with different hiring needs and goals (disciplines including; Software Development, Research, Legal, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Bizdev)
- Evaluating data to generate insights that help to improve the approach to hiring, including creating strategies on topics such as talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis
- Continuously using this data to uncover top talent that could be a great fit for Neon Labs presently or in the future
- Engaging passive candidates to get them excited about potential opportunities at Neon Labs
- Contributing to how we approach key areas like employer brand, diversity & inclusion, emerging talent, etc
- At all times maintaining data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- “Hosting” executive candidates throughout the interview process ensuring they have an exceptional candidate experience
You Should Apply If ✅
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly recruiting executives and senior-level hires
- Proven track record of building trust and credibility with senior executives, preferably up to the Founder level
- Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at the most senior levels of the organization and, occasionally, with board members
- Maintains a high degree of skill in candidate research (research strategy, discipline, and execution)
- Have the potential to lead a small team as the function continues to grow and evolve
- Exceptional communication skills and a good grasp of data analytics
- Ability and agility to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
- Resilient and resourceful
