Due to the project's phenomenal success, we are going through a period of rapid growth and are quickly scaling up our team to ramp up our hiring capacity.   We're excited to have an open slot on our team for a Technical Sourcer and are looking for someone who is as excited as we are to build the team that builds this world-changing technology. As a Technical Sourcer, you will build relationships with hiring managers across our engineering team to understand the team’s needs and leverage your connections and expertise from working in the tech or blockchain space to find great talent. You will oversee all sourcing, pipeline management and candidate experience for a variety of technical roles and play a key role in defining our overall sourcing strategy.

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
