Web3 Token design & DAO

We are looking for someone to join the team to perform research on token design, tokenomics and protocol decentralization. We are looking for a profile who has extensive knowledge on how (DeFi) protocols work, with a vision on how decentralization needs to happen over time and how tokens can be used in the process.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge on token design and token economics
• Extensive knowledge on DAOs, and how other protocols have paved the way to decentralization
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in DeFi (protocols or research)

Responsibilities

• Work on the CREDIX token strategy: pricing, utility, distribution, listing...
• Work on the decentralization strategy: DAO tooling, roadmap...
• Document and communicate findings within the community
