About the Role

Horizon is looking for a passionate, self-driven Twitter specialist with a track record of creating highly engaging Twitter strategies and content that drive virality for a brand handle. The perfect candidate is a self-proclaimed Web3 and blockchain wizard looking to embark on an exciting career to grow Web3’s next biggest projects: Sequence and Niftyswap. 

As our Twitter Specialist, you will report to the Director of Marketing and Chief Storyteller and be an integral part of our Marketing team working closely with the Product team, Content Specialist, Product Marketing Manager, CS Manager, and Community team.

In this role, you will also help with engaging and responding to our community members on Discord and at times TikTok, Instagram and other social media.

Responsibilities

-Develop, plan, and manage all Twitter content for Sequence and Niftyswap -Have a deep understanding of brand marketing content for Twitter handles: developing the right voice, tone, humor, and copywriting >

Qualifications & Experience

-Professional experience managing social media and Twitter handles for a minimum of 2 years -Strong knowledge of online culture, Web3, and crypto communities and channels, with deep understanding of Crypto Twitter -Experience and knowledge of blockchain (Ethereum), cryptocurrency, decentralized economies, Web3 -Ability to convey how blockchain, decentralization, and Web3 can deliver growth for brands and companies  -Track record of organically growing a Twitter handle to thousands of followers -Expert knowledge of Twitter strategies and effective engagement campaigns -Excellent copywriting skills -Perfectly fluent in English, oral and written.   -Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat content strategies a big plus -Advanced knowledge of asset creation tools such as Photoshop. Figma, Canva      -Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. -Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently. -Solid knowledge of Google Suite of products. -Strong team player always willing to help. -Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally -Ability to juggle multiple tasks while managing your time efficiently. -Excellent project management and organization skills
