THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a SeniorProduct Designer who is looking to make their stamp on the world and is trying to do Big Things. This person will be an indirect leader of teams that are designing and building our NFT Creator Engine and Marketplace. You will be part of the founding team of designers, product managers and engineers who are on a mission to usher in a new era of Creation.
We are looking for designers who can work in an iterative process with strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, and acute attention to detail.Experience in human-centered design, production, collaboration, and understanding modern interaction design is a must.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset will be key. The ideal candidatecan gracefully present and defend your design decisions to senior leadership, and can easily take in feedback and differences of opinion.

Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional Product Design experience
- Experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile
- Excellence in UX and UI frameworks and heuristics
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environment
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Low ego, collaborative, and open minded
Amazing to Haves
- Passion or Experience in NFT space
- Interest or Experience in Creator Economy space
- Experience in successful Pre-seed to Series C experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall user experience strategic direction across the platform
- Be an industry leader in blockchain based digital goods and experience platform
- Take new features and outcomes from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production
- Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive
- Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy
- Daily collaboration with Engineering and Product Managers
