Responsibilities

• Maintain an existing Instant Messaging system, improve its architecture, stability, and robustness
• Design and develop new functionalities according to new demands

Qualification

• 5+ years experience in Java/Golang/Lua/Python backend development
• Familiar with development process, git collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Linux, micro services , distributed systems, redis sharding, database sharding, kafka and MQ
• Independently designed at least one high performance, high throughput, and high availability backend system, and it has successfully been used

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in large or middle open source projects
• Experience in multi-datacenter architecture
• Experience in IM system or SaaS system development
• Experience in security architecture
• Experience in development team management
