Position Overview

Blockdaemon is in search of a Sales Operations Intern to join our team, collaborating with us to support the development of the fastest, safest, cross-chain infrastructure provider.

As a part of the Revenue Operations team, you will contribute to various projects that enhance sales processes. In this internship, you will work closely with experienced Sales and RevOps professionals, gaining exposure to the dynamic world of blockchain technology and its products. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales processes, assisting with documentation, contributing to ad hoc projects, and learning about the intricacies of sales motions and go to market strategies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of projects, expand your knowledge within a bleeding-edge tech company, and contribute to the development of the future of Blockdaemon’s Sales Organization.

Your Impact

  • Contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness in the sales workflow by streamlining and improving existing sales processes.
  • Generating insightful reports, and providing valuable data that contributes to informed decision-making within the sales team.
  • Ensuring clarity and data accessibility through creation and maintenance of organized documentation and data for sales.
  • Enhancing productivity through assisted adoption of sales technology tools and CRM functionalities.
  • Facilitating seamless collaboration and ensuring alignment of sales operations with overall business objectives.

Role Requirements

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in analyzing sales data and generating reports to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • CRM Management: Support the maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and assist in data entry and cleansing activities.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with the sales operations team to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and contribute to the overall efficiency of sales processes.
  • Documentation and Training: Assist in creating and updating documentation for sales processes and procedures, and contribute to the development of training materials for sales teams.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives within the sales operations function, gaining exposure to various aspects of sales support, analytics, and process enhancement.
