The HR Generalist is really great at engaging, growing, supporting and developing our people, is well-versed within HR compliance in the UK as well as adapting cross-organizational global HR processes and leading people initiatives. We measure success by the ability to form true partnerships with leaders in the organization and the ability to build processes that best support our internal team members.

In one year you’ll know you were successful if…

  • You’ve developed the ability to understand business objectives and build trust with leaders to provide strategies to drive continuous global improvement, productivity, and development within their teams and company.
  • You understand UK employment law and partner with our employment attorneys.
  • You mediate employee relations and performance issues and provide counsel to managers on appropriate methods of performance management.
