  • Assist in setting up and maintaining automated contracts management processes and workflows
  • Support the legal database reorganization by setting up useful dashboards, indexes and libraries of contract templates, legal surveys and other useful know-how of the legal department
  • Drive other legal technologies and initiatives in order to streamline the legal department’s workflows
  • Engaging key business stakeholders which include gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Source and liaise with legal tech vendors/ service providers to ensure the proper tech tools are in place to improve the contracts management processes and legal databases.
  • Coordinate with security and procurement departments to ensure the systems and processes are in compliance with the security and procurement requirements and other internal policies and rules
  • Assist in the development of user manuals and training materials relating to the use of systems and processes
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Law or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years full-time work experience or fresh graduates of relevant academic background will also be considered
  • Members and students of HKICS or ICSA are welcomed
  • Excellent command in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Computer literate; Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Interest and basic understanding in cryptocurrencies and related technologies is an advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferred
