About the Role

Figure’s Charlotte, NC office is looking for an Operations Training Specialist II who will be accountable for the implementation of the training strategies, plans, and processes to support operational and organizational goals.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain the scheduling and administration of all Operations training initiatives and programs

• Facilitation of Servicing & Originations training programs in both live and online environments. Possible travel to Figure office locations, as needed
• Act as an administrator for Figure’s learning management system (LMS)
• Design and develop training programs based on the needs of the Figure Operations department including, but not limited to, technical product training, call aid documentation, product upgrade communications, compliance updates, and new hire onboarding
• Influence a positive culture and create meaningful experiences for trainees
• Maintain design and integrity of Figure’s brand and culture
• Maintain expertise in current training methods and technologies
• Evaluation of the participant to ensure the subject material is conveyed in an effective manner
• Assist in identifying employee developmental/training needs and provide recommendations for the development of programs/initiatives to meet those needs to enhance performance, morale, and corporate loyalty which reflect Figure’s core values
• Assist in the management of documentation for Figure Operations processes and procedures
• Performing miscellaneous duties related to training and development

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related subject preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of training experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage, servicing, or financial services industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience of exceptional attention to detail
• Resourceful, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
