Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• 6 to 12 years of work experience with a solid understanding of best practices for engineering process, code quality, build/release pipelines, security and live operations
• Familiarity with programming languages and platforms (Java, C#, C++)
• Experience with Unity, SmartFox/Photon would be a plus

You will 📲

• Effectively run and lead multiple teams of software engineers
• Drive technical excellence by validating technology choices, architectural design and code quality, diving deeper when necessary
• Be the voice of the team in interacting with various stakeholders across disciplines both inside and outside of the organization
• Collaborate with design, product, analytics, user experience, live operations, central and leadership teams to specify and build features and development tools
• Coordinate closely with other disciplines (especially Product and Design) to ensure alignment against larger organizational goals
