๐Ÿ› ๏ธ What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

Build and optimize reports and dashboards to track KPIs across teams. Manage user permissions, roles, and data access within HubSpot. Configure and maintain workflows, sequences, and automation to streamline business processes. Support data integrity through deduplication, data cleansing, and field management. Assist with form, landing page, and campaign configuration for Marketing initiatives. Maintain and support integrations with other systems (e.g. Netsuite). Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct audits, and make recommendations for optimization. Perform other related duties as assigned.

โœ… What You Need to Succeed Must-haves

2+ years of HubSpot CRM administration experience (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hubs). Strong understanding of HubSpot data structure, properties, workflows, and permissions. Experience managing HubSpot dashboards, reports, and custom objects. Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams. Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication in English (Advanced). LATAM-based, available to collaborate with teams across US time zones.

Nice-to-haves

Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or information systems, or equivalent experience. HubSpot Certification(s) (e.g., HubSpot CRM Implementation, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub). Experience with data cleansing, segmentation, and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with HubSpot integrations and API connections (e.g., Zapier, custom apps). Experience in a SaaS or technology organization is a plus.
