About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-orientedAssociate – Global Expansionto support our regulatory licensing and compliance efforts across key developed markets, including theUnited States, Canada, and Australia. You will collaborate with leading law firms, compliance consultants, and internal teams to help the company navigate evolving legal landscapes and secure the necessary licenses for global operations.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple international stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Licensing Support

• Lead and coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory license applications in multiple jurisdictions.

• Source and Work closely with external consultants and legal advisors to manage licensing workflows, requirements, and timelines.

Legal & Compliance Advisory

• Provide internal teams with clear guidance on regulatory risks, obligations, and compliance frameworks related to crypto/web3 products.

• Support drafting, review, and upkeep of policies, terms of service, internal SOPs, and compliance documentation.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the bridge between internal stakeholders (product, operations, legal) and external partners across jurisdictions.

• Manage timely communication with law firms, regulators, consultants, and cross-functional teams.

Documentation & Diligence

• Organize and maintain accurate records for all licensing efforts and regulatory communications.

• Assist with regulatory reporting and audit responses as needed.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory affairs. Web3 or fintech experience strongly preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills — you can work seamlessly with teams across cultures and time zones.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and working in a fast-moving startup environment.
