Who we are looking for 🔍

We are seeking a Product Manager to launch and scale our business in restaking protocols beyond Ethereum (Solana, TON, TIA, and more).

Restaking is an emerging DeFi primitive, and this year will bring major industry shifts—slashing mechanisms, multi-network TGEs, evolving risk/reward frameworks, and fierce competition among infrastructure providers to deliver top performance at the lowest cost. We need a strategic leader to extend our Ethereum success to new protocols and solidify our position across multiple ecosystems.

As a Product Manager, you will analyze key metrics, conduct market research, and build products that exceed customer expectations. 🔥

You will 🚀

• Manage the product at the growth and scaling stage and a team

• Shape the future of DeFi with our groundbreaking restaking solutions

• Work with a diverse client base, from retail investors to major institutions

• Lead the product development and market expansion strategies

• Analyze key metrics, conduct market research, and develop products that meet customer expectations.

• Develop a product culture in the team: ownership, data-driven approach, effective collaboration, etc.

• Work really closely with the team on a daily basis to ensure product success and achievement of key metrics goals (DevOps, developers, marketing, sales, finance)

• Actively participate in the community life (collaboration with other network participants, find ways “how to help people and network to grow together”, create a good relationship with blockchain foundation)

You have 🤓

• At least 5+ years of Product Management experience in fast-growing tech startups, with a focus on crypto/fintech companies

• Deep expertise in Blockchain & Web3, with hands-on experience in the blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 space

• A successful portfolio of B2B products you’re proud of, where you’ve been directly involved from ideation and development through to go-to-market implementation, including legal, marketing, and sales

• Accountable for overall product results in terms of revenue and business metrics

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from developers to investors and community members, even without direct authority

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences

• Strong track record in product management, including analytics, finance, planning, and support teams

• Analytical and research experience is a plus

• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
