Role Overview As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will spearhead our marketing efforts, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and position Paradex as a leader in the DEX space. Responsibilities

Strategically approach quality audience growth across key media channels Coordinate and plan content marketing strategy Build up and execute communication roadmap around product launches Lead relationships with various high-profile financial, DeFi media and influencers Lead thought leadership content strategy around Web3.0, trading, DeFi, impact of the blockchain-based finance on the world economy Plan and execute content and media strategy Plan, execute and track KPIs from marketing activities Create marketing strategies and tactics to hit growth milestones and KPIs Generate ideas regarding loyalty programs Collaborate with management, product, engineering and data analytics teams Plan events

Requirements

Have strong understanding of DeFi  Have thorough knowledge around the crypto social ecosystem Have personal social media accounts with proven engagement within crypto communities (esp. Twitter) Have experience leading marketing activities for successful crypto projects Love working in a fast growing project Have strong copywriting and analytical skills Have experience or very familiar with the Asian market
