*Monitor the service desk system and make appropriate assignments

*Provide support to end users

*Track onboarding and offboarding processes

*Prepare necessary hardware for new users

*Monitor and keep the inventory system up to date

*Provide support for IT equipment such as computers, printers, TVs, phones, etc.

*Track faulty products

*Manage IT shipping processes.

*New graduate from university programs related to Information Technologies (Associate’s Degree & Bachelor’s Degree)

*Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul

*Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability

*Knowledgeable in basic information technology topics

*Team player

*Knowledgeable in Windows and MacOS operating systems

*Familiar with Android and iOS mobile operating systems

*Knowledgeable in printers, TVs, and other peripheral devices

*Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

*Holds a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively
