We aim to become a global actor in Tourism Systems, Extended Reality(AR/VR), Blockchain Technologies, Game Development, and Financial Technology, which are our areas of expertise.We focus on creating a difference with the technologies we develop and designing the future. In addition to our central office in Ataşehir/İstanbul, we have branches in Antalya and Elazığ inTurkey.We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
*Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel administration strategies
*Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies in all payroll and HR operations
*Oversee external payroll providers and manage end-to-end payroll processes with high accuracy and timeliness
*Design and manage reward, bonus, and incentive systems aligned with business goals
*Monitor market trends to build and maintain competitive salary and benefits structures
*Manage core HR processes and documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, internal orders, and policies
*Support the digitalization of compensation and HR operations through effective use of HRIS and analytics tools
*Collaborate closely with internal teams and senior leadership to provide strategic input and resolve HR-related inquiries efficiently
*Stay up to date with changes in labor laws, ensuring continued compliance and proactive risk management
*Foster a seamless and engaging employee experience through operational excellence in HR service delivery
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
*Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel administration
*Strong knowledge of HR processes, especially payroll, time management, and employee records management
*Demonstrated experience in HR documentation and compliance practices
*Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with HRIS and compensation tools
*Solid understanding of labor law compliance and payroll systems
*Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and usage is considered a nice-to-have
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make data-driven decisions
*Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills*Good command of English, both written and spoken
*High Learning Agility capacity
*Highly detail-oriented, structured, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity
