We're disrupting hiring, and looking for a remote Head of Business Development to join our team ASAP.
We're disrupting hiring, and looking for a Sr Account Manager to join our team ASAP. You'll be managing relationships with many key clients and working with our recruiting team to successfully make hires for them.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing Accounts
You will be interfacing and building relationships with companies trying to hire and build their teams. You will uncover their core needs, and work on building strategies that will lead to the highest level of success. Depending on the client, this could include: Discovery calls, weekly meetings, submitting candidates, gathering feedback, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and ultimately doing everything it takes to close and repeat business.
Interfacing with our Recruiting Team
As there will be a high volume of jobs that need to be filled for your given accounts, galvanizing our recruiting team is of the utmost importance. You will communicate the job requirements to our recruiters and get them motivated to find you the ideal candidates you need to make hires for our clients.
Leadership
We are going through a massive growth phase, and this is where more of your leadership qualities will kick in. You will be a monumental contributor to helping grow our company. You will contribute to on-boarding and mentoring new recruits, assisting in training, and ultimately leading your own team.
Must Haves
• Interested in tech companies (i.e AI, Blockchain, DeFi, Crypto, SaaS etc..)
• Previous experience as an Account Manager in recruiting/staffing for Tech Companies
• At least 5 years experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Very strong at building and nurturing relationships
• Business-minded attitude
• Detail-oriented and goal-setter
• Passionate about helping companies
• Comfortable being uncomfortable
• Desire to explore exciting new industries
Compensation includes: Competitive base salary + lucrative commissions, stipend for medical benefits and 100% work from home.
