Responsibilities

• Previous experience and knowledge to deal with the EMI License and regulator (PIX CADOCs, etc.)
• Key person to manage Matera’s system
• Oversee the implementation and follow PIX idirect operations
• Manage bank accounts, submit and reconcile expense reports
• Perform daily treasury and finance routine (cash flow, reconciliation, account payable /receivable, integrations and improvement with bank partner, submit PO and so on)
• Analyzing financial data
• Control and reconcile customers' digital accounts
• Review and keep trial balance and accounts reconciled for Brazilian entities
• Communicate with outsourced accounting office to book and prepare month-end closing for overhead entities
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow preparation
• Prepare and execute payments and bank reconciliation, as well as cash flow forecasting for companies within the country
• Liaise with international areas to reconcile and explain variations on overheads
• Reconcile local vs Group financials
• Document of work processes and procedures and identification of efficiencies where possible
• Supplies and Supplier Management - order, receiving, processing, archiving, maintaining equipment inventories and following up on invoices.
• Performs research and analysis on specific issues, as required, and prepares non-routine presentations and/or reports, which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature
• The role supports all aspects of monthly financial and management reporting
• This opportunity will give exposure to a number of different areas, as well as the opportunity to liaise with other business departments on an international level
• Work closely with external auditors to provide support and required documents Manage accounts, perform bookkeeping and submit and reconcile expense reports
• Perform with Finance, Tax-Accounting and Administration daily tasks, as assigned
• Provides assistance in the understanding and interpretation of Crypto.com policies and procedures, as appropriate, and ensures that office operations are in compliance with policy provisions and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field
• Experience with spreadsheets, NetSuite (Oracle), and Matera systems.
• 4+ years of solid experience working in the banking industry or EMI License is a MUST
• Knowledge in implementation and managing Matera systems is a MUST
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects
• Flexibility and open-mindedness
• Ability to follow company policies
• Capacity to work independently and on a team
