Product Manager - Growth

Currently working with a progressive enterprise which has raised over $100mil in funding. They are an innovative decentralized exchange with a one of a kind search engine supporting nearly 10 major blockchains. The company is composed of Ex-Coinbase, Meta, Google, Uber, Merrill Lynch, Etc.

The ideal professional with Product management experience is someone who has keen knowledge or experience in growing existing as well as new products. In this role you will be focusing on their first consumer product by building and scaling the product.

The role is 100% REMOTE with flexibility work all over the state

Responsibilities:

• Guide product direction while driving product led growth atmosphere.
• Research and understand target users needs and issues by translating short/medium/long term growth solutions.
• Run A/B testing.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineers/PM/Data Scientist/Designers.
• Consistent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Growth Product Management experience.
• "0-1" product experience.
• Familiarity with DeFi.
• Experience working with Data teams is a plus.

Compensation:

$200K-240k Base + Equity package; making the total compensation above market average
