Your mission

As a Commercial Insights Specialist at Bitpanda, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations that support business decisions. Your work will help identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and use your expertise in data analysis to provide solutions that meet their needs. Your work will be essential to drive business growth and optimise performance.

What you’ll do

• Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports
• Interpret data and provide recommendations to support business decisions
• Identify opportunities and risks through data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Computer Science
• Proven experience working as a data analyst or related role in the fintech industry
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial data analysis, data visualisation, data mining, and data modelling
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Metabase, Tableau, Snowflake and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication, presentation and strong problem-solving skills
