Responsibilities
- Work as part of a product team to discover the usersâ needs.
- Rapidly prototype UX solutions for internal and external products to drive conversion and increase productivity.
- Discuss prototypes with stakeholders and incorporate their feedback, shortening the feedback loop prior to development
- Create and maintain a design system that can be leveraged across our portfolio of companies
- Deliver assets and specs to developers, and validate that designs are implemented according to spec
- Stay current with the latest in usability across web, iOS, and Android
- Design marketing website template; Perform other duties as assigned
- 2-4 years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Proficient in interactive prototype creation (using Figma or similar)
- Experience with WordPress templates a plus
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives.
- Able to work under high pressure of multi-tasking requests.
- Knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.
