Job Description

AsSenior HR Manager, you will leadrecruitment, retention, and operationsto support LCX’s growth. This is anon-site rolerequiring strong HR expertise intechnology, fintech, or blockchain industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Drive hiring for key roles, ensuring LCX attracts top talent in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.

• Employee Retention & Engagement:Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, career growth, and long-term retention.

• HR Operations & Compliance:Oversee HR policies, compensation structures, and compliance with Indian labor laws.

• Performance Management:Implement effective performance evaluation systems and feedback processes.

• Workplace Culture & Development:Foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment aligned with LCX’s mission.

Requirements

• 10+ yearsof HR experience, preferably intechnology, fintech, or blockchain companies.

• Expertise inrecruitment, talent management, and HR operations.

• Strong knowledge ofcrypto, blockchain, and digital asset markets.

• Ability to manageHR compliance and labor regulationsin India.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency inHR software and data analytics.

• Fluent inEnglish; excellent academic and business English written and spoken.

• Experience working with Workable HR Suite
