What You’ll Do at Mudrex:
As anAssociate Product Manager (APM)at Mudrex, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and adoption forSaber.moneyand contributing to other Mudrex products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, and growth, to build solutions that meet the needs of businesses integrating crypto payments.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Contribute to Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute the product roadmap forSaber.moneyand Mudrex’s broader product ecosystem.
Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their pain points, offering tailored solutions for onramping and offramping in crypto. Manage long-term relationships with clients and drive product adoption.
Data-Driven Product Management: Analyze product usage data and key metrics (KPIs) to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-backed product decisions.
Feature Development: Translate complex user and business needs into actionable product features, working with engineering and design teams to create functional, scalable, and intuitive products.
Product Growth & Expansion: Collaborate with business development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit and support the scaling of the product in new markets.
Technical Problem Solving: Gain a deep understanding of crypto off-ramp and on-ramp functions, and assist clients with complex technical requirements while positioning the product as a solution for their business needs.
What We Are Looking for in You:
We’re seeking individuals who arepersistent,detail-oriented, andpassionateabout building innovative products in the crypto space. Here’s what we’re looking for:
1+ years of relevant experiencebuildingB2B/B2C products(preferably in thefintechorcryptodomains).
Strongproduct sensewith a user-centric mindset and an ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear product features.
Excellent communicationskills to effectively work with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
Data-drivenapproach to product management, with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
Problem-solvingability to simplify complex challenges and find actionable solutions.
A proven track record of thriving infast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities, and making decisions based on limited data.
Bonus Points for:
Experience incrypto productsor platforms that supportonramping/offramping.
Knowledge ofinvestor-focused productsorfintechsolutions.
Prior experience working inclient-facing roles, includingclient onboardingandrelationship management.
Experience withdata analysis,A/B testing, orgrowth metrics.
