About this role:

We are hiring a Senior Designer that loves designing useful products and delightful user experiences for both business users and consumers.

Importantly, we are looking for someone who believes in the promise of web3 loyalty–shared ownership, co-creation with communities and connected experiences–but is disgusted with the state of the user experience and wants to play a critical role in making it better. Empathizing with both the average consumer and the crypto-native (and erring towards the average consumer) will be paramount in this role.

Design has been and will continue to be a critical differentiator for Flaunt. We are looking for a designer that can help Flaunt continue building the most innovative and accessible enterprise web3 loyalty software in the market and can be our team’s creative owner, occasionally supporting our brand & marketing needs and bringing to life creative solutions for clients.

In this role, you will report directly to our product-focused CEO and join a tight, cross-functional development team of engineers, product builders and sellers. You have a strong sense of design and aesthetic and are able to share and sell your ideas. You aren’t intimidated by designing things that haven’t been built before, you are resourceful in drawing inspiration when determining the optimal user experience patterns and can empathize with many different kinds of users. You recognize the impact of the smallest details on design and understand what it takes to develop great creative work. You thrive in collaborative environments, and have experience translating strategies into great product experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and develop design solutions from ideation to execution.
• Manage the workflow of multiple design projects and deadlines
• Communicate clearly with teammates and apply critical design thinking to uncover project requirements and develop project briefs
• Present creative work and review/implement design feedback and changes
• Assist in the definition and scoping of new product MVPs.
• Work directly with the product and engineering teams to develop new product features that deliver meaningful experiences.
• Talk to prospects and potential users to validate concepts and develop thoughtful solutions.
• Deliver high-fidelity assets for new products and services.
• Obsessively refine every interaction and visual design detail.
• Present and explain design ideas and concepts to our co-founders and CEOs with confidence.
• Create and define product design systems and components that will allow for the continued development of new features in an efficient and consistent manner.

What You’ll Need:

• Professional design experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
• A thoughtfully-presented portfolio that demonstrates a refined aesthetic, the ability to think conceptually, and excellent visual and product design skills.
• Ability to take lead and own one’s own tasks and projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in UX research methods.
• Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Proven experience creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and operate in a fast-paced work environment
