After obtaining our US-based banking license at the beginning of 2021, we officially went live in June 2021 and have onboarded 400+ customers from over 40+ countries. Equipped with forward-thinking compliance, Arival is on a mission to become the go-to digital bank for online businesses, freelancers, and crypto-related businesses all over the world. We're actively growing our international team with offices in Miami, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Singapore, with over 60+ employees, and building many departments from the ground up.

The mission for the Head of Growth & Marketing is to grow and expand the client base for Arival Bank, help address our core customers’ pain points on access to financial products, and achieve our revenue and AUM goals.

EVERYDAY TASKS:

• Develop the growth strategy from scratch using data driven decision making and adopting marketing channels best practices
• Discover, test, and scale different channels while balancing volume with ROAS
• Develop a strong optimization and testing pipeline
• Formulate and run A/B tests leveraging creative, messaging, landing pages / screens, audience targeting, among others
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with Product and CX teams to improve client messaging quality and increase client retention
• Develop a hiring plan for Sales & Marketing team for the next 6-12 months based on the company’s needs
• Explore opportunities across different verticals to grow the Arival Bank through a combination of market and marketing best practices

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing in the fintech space
• Experience working at an early stage startup is a huge plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to build up processes from scratch
• Ability to comfortably prioritize tasks in a fast changing environment
• Knowledge and experience working with relevant marketing platforms and channels
• Strong reporting and data assessment skills, including being able to pull data sets as required
• High knowledge of data modeling and analysis
