At Figment, we are helping developers launch apps across the top Web 3 protocols. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work directly with developers to help them solve issues they encounter while building apps with DataHub. You will become the first line of technical support for our customers and the link between customers and our team. You will be directly responsible for finding solutions and removing blockers for developers using DataHub.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Work with external teams to provide our customers timely support for technical issues
- Develop and own best practices for support documentation
- Establish an issue escalation process to streamline support
- Own the support journey for customers
- Collaborate with other engineers and PMs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer or a support engineer
- Experience with cloud infrastructure or API-based products
- Ability to recognize issue patterns and solve complex problems
- Experience developing in Javascript, Golang, and/or Rust
- Knowledge of smart contract development (Solidity, Substrate, or similar) a plus
- A passion for blockchain technologies a plus
