About you:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Web3 Product Manager who will lead the development and execution of our Web3 initiatives. As a key player on our team, you will focus on the creation and distribution of unique avatar NFTs and engaging Web3 games.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Leading Ready Player Me's Web3 product initiatives, focusing on the development of a new Web3 avatar and gaming product.
• Coordinating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align the product with user needs and market trends, ensuring scalable growth and retention within the Web3 community.
• Conducting market research, gathering user feedback to refine our offerings, and forging partnerships with artists, brands, and other entities for collaborative drops and content creation.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building successful consumer Web3 products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and NFT ecosystems, eager to push boundaries.
• Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, backed by the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of motivating teams and working magic across departments.
• A customer-focused mindset, passionate about understanding and engaging the Web3 community, driven to develop new solutions, and ready to innovate.

• Have previously built a successful NFT avatar product, showcasing your ability to lead and innovate in niche markets.
• Have worked in a startup or scaleup environment before, familiar with the hustle and ready for the challenge.
• Love to play games, embracing both the player's perspective and the joy of the game.
