Web3 Chatbot Product Analyst

About the team/role:

We are looking for a Chatbot Product Analyst to join our Support Product Squad to build, modify, test and maintain Chatbot applications on multiple user platforms. This role will closely work with the Product Managers and own knowledge management tasks for globally diverse chatbots.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of reviewing and maintaining Chatbot knowledge dataset
  • Define recurring questions that can be handled by Chatbot and work closely with conversation designer to improve the dialogue flow to handle such questions
  • Correct and re-train failed or misunderstood intents to improve the learning and training of Chatbot and optimize the overall experience
  • Communicate and collaborate with different parties and stakeholders for business requirements, service insights and engage them for continuous improvement
  • Monitor the performance of Chatbot, frequently review key metrics and reports, make updates to existing bot knowledge based on review of customer interactions
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer interaction and conversation data that present opportunities to improve on operating efficiencies, customer experience, and process improvement
  • Use the technical platform’s ability to integrate with other digital services through APIs to make smarter and fully transactional bot experiences
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by product managers in order to meet operational and / or other requirements

Requirements:

  • Chatbot Training Experience
  • 2 years related working experience
  • Good understanding of ML / AI / NLP and sound knowledge in utterances, entities, intents, classification, annotation, business rules and APIs preferred
  • Working knowledge of NLU (natural language understanding) and NLG (Natural Language Generation) technologies.
  • Candidates with less working experience but got project experience in chatbot designing, developing and deploying conversational virtual assistants will also be considered
  • Written and spoken proficiency in multiple languages is a plus with an added advantage if proficient in Mandarin.
