Web3 Chief Technology Officer

About the Role:

As CTO, you’ll help build RiskSwap DEX from the ground up, as well as help assemble a strong team of developers.

You will:

• design, build and test the architecture and main components of the platform
• develop smart contracts on Solana
• run devops engineering
• hire and manage a team of developers building the platform work on product roadmap

About you:

• you have 2+ years of experience of full-time software development at an IT / Fintech company
• you have experience with Rust, specifically writing high-performance and high-security code
• you have experience working with DeFi protocols and other decentralized blockchain systems
• you have designed and implemented complex IT architectures
• you have experience in managing and growing software development teams

Nice to have:

• Professional experience in crypto industry
• Experience working with Solana blockchain
• Existing contributions to open-source projects in crypto
