Web3 Community Manager

Requirements: 

• Knowledge of blockchain technology and its potential applications
• Proven experience in building and engaging online communities, including managing social media channels, forums, and other communication channels.
• Ability to create engaging and informative content that educates the community about blockchain technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to a non-technical audience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Execute community engagement tactics and activities
• Continuously look for web3 acquisition, engagement, and loyalty technologies on the market and implement them in your work (e.g., Zealy, Galxe, Guild, Layer3, and much more); manage cross-platform reward programs; referral campaigns, etc.
• Maintain the progress of community members according to the community hierarchy and roles structure
• Maintain the progress of Ambassadors campaign execution, assign tasks and check the performance
• Deliver AMA sessions, perform interactive community formats to boost engagement
• Execute co-marketing campaigns with partner projects and influencers
• Outbound community activities: shilling activity (with the help of internal community (Zealy & ambassadors), CMC moderation and messages (Zealy), Reddit shilling and messages (Zealy), Binance Feed activity
