Web3 Credit & Lending Analyst

We are looking to hire a Credit & Lending Analyst with a passion for digital assets and decentralized finance to join our growing team in our Zurich office.

Tasks

• Work side-by-side with Head of Credit & Lending on identifying client needs towards credit products.
• Monitor and manage existing credit and lending products.
• Drive the implementation of new lending products to help our clients to preserve their wealth (through means of staking, lending etc.).
• Act as Expert in client conversations, understanding their needs and tailor solutions that addresses them.
• Derive out-of-the box solutions to address complex client needs.
• Provide business insights and partner with Product team to design lending products.

Requirements

• Curiosity about crypto currencies, blockchain technology and financial products.
• Knowledge in Credit and Lending products.
• Interest in maintaining credit products with a thirst for innovation.
• Solid knowledge of financial products, related to credit & lending and securities lending.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build reports (e.g., on Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access)
• Thrive in building strong relationship with clients, understand the credit needs and tailor a solution for them. .
• Excellent communication skills to build trust and ongoing business relationships.
• Passion about technology and working in an agile environment with seasoned professionals.
• Very strong entrepreneurial drive and can-do mindset.
• Be self-driven and used to drive projects independently, but at the same time a team player and fun to work with.
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment.

Nice to have:

• Strong interest to deep dive into blockchain protocols such as Compound, AAVE and others.
• Background and experience with IT projects and Agile Development methodology.
