Job Description Weâre looking for a Business Operations Associate to join the Business Management team at Kronos, a leading quantitative trading firm in digital assets. This is a detail-heavy, internal-facing role focused on ensuring accuracy and consistency across PnL, returns, risk metrics, NAV, and capital movement activities within investment portfolios.The ideal candidate has a background in accounting, investment operations, or financial data analysis and is confident working with numbers, reports, and multi-team coordination in a fast-paced environment. Review and reconcile daily and monthly PnL, strategy returns, and risk statistics (e.g., drawdown, volatility, Sharpe ratio) Coordinate with internal teams to validate NAV calculations and ensure accurate reporting across investment portfolios Monitor capital flows and internal transfers within investment portfolios Maintain and update dashboards for performance and operational KPIs Assist in the generation and audit of client reports, performance packs, and due diligence materials Liaise with external service providers and internal stakeholders to verify reporting accuracy and document completeness Provide input on improving internal controls, reporting workflows, and data validation processes Support audit processes and financial reviews by preparing reconciliations and schedules
 Requirements
Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1â3 years of experience in accounting, administration, or investment operations Strong understanding of financial statements, PnL breakdowns, NAV mechanics, and capital accounting Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling) Strong attention to detail and data integrity Familiarity with performance metrics such as Sharpe ratio, drawdown, volatility Experience working with auditors, service providers, or reporting systems is a plus Exposure to crypto trading or willingness to learn digital assets is preferred
