We are looking for a dedicated Event Manager to support the regional hubs of TON Blockchain in planning, organizing, and executing events of various formats and goals. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in creating impactful experiences that align with local objectives and TON Society standards while fostering engagement within the community.
Responsibilities:
- Support regional hubs in planning, organizing, and executing events of various formats and goals.
- Develop detailed event concepts and programs tailored to each hub's needs and target audience.
- Collaborate with hub team members to ensure events align with local objectives and TON Society standards.
- Interaction with event speakers, partners, sponsors to ensure their seamless participation.
- Work closely with designers to create high-quality event materials, including banners, presentations, and social media graphics.
- Coordinate logistics such as travel, accommodation, and on-site arrangements for speakers and participants.
- Assist hubs with managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with allocated resources.
- Supervise on-site event execution in collaboration with local teams, ensuring smooth operations and problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in international event management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse contractors and event attendees globally.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Web3 and blockchain ecosystems (especially TON) is a strong plus
- B2 and higher English level is required.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for events.
