Crypto Product Manager

Metapoly.org is the world's 1st decentralized Metaverse land tycoon. Metaverse + Monopoly. Imagine "Blackrock for Metaverse". A hybrid between DeFi 2.0 + Metaverse + GameFi.

We are looking for a technical product manager to lead & drive the product direction together with the core team. This includes the overall design, development, specification, and managing product pipeline.

He/She will work in a fast-paced environment, independently and within a remote team to deliver the product in agile methodology. He/she works remotely and preferably in the Singapore/HKT timezone.

Responsibility

1. Working with leadership to identify, manage and develop web3 products,
2. Scan the web3 protocol for product partnerships that can help accelerate adoption,
3. Manage day to day product and project management with developers, designers & testers,
4. Translating requirements into product specifications for prototyping, development, and user testing,
5. Possess detailed thinking process that clearly conveys product strategy and development design,
6. Understanding technical implementation of various smart contract protocols,
7. Documentation and engaging with core community for fast feedback loop.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years experience as a product manager in a startup environment,
• Familiar with 3rd party tools such as Jira, GraphQL, Dune Analytics, etc
• Understands EVM, PoS, Binance Smart Chain, other similar blockchain implementations,
• Reads documentation on Github repo & smart contract codes for other DeFi projects,
• Responsible individual, execution-focused and self-motivated to learn,
• Speaks, write, and read English proficiently,
• Comfortable working on weekends and at midnight. Remote working is a necessity,
• Understands crypto concepts, DeFi’s latest trends, DeFi protocols, and customer journey,

Optional

• Programming to interact & build prototyping with real data from the smart contracts
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
• “Independent and First Principles” thinking is a GREAT advantage!

Salary & Compensations

• Competitive market salary based on market rate
• Team token vested daily for the next 4 years
• Full time but remote work
• Bonus after 6 months upon confirmation
• Yearly bonus based on company financial performance
