Who You Are:

We are looking for a skilled social media expert with previous experience in growing engagement on Twitter. Deep knowledge & interest in crypto & blockchain technologies, NFTs, DeFi & CT is essential for this position. Please do not apply if you don't have previous experience in this field.
Ideally you are self motivated, intellectually curious, data-driven, knowledgeable and passionate about crypto. You are familiar with the main influencers in the crypto ecosystem and the terminology.

You understand when and how to use different marketing channels and understand it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. You thrive in fast-paced environments and shift your priorities. You have experience in the following: DeFi, blockchain interoperability, social media marketing, b2b digital marketing, PR, research, copywriting.

What You Will Do / Your Mission:

• Ongoing day-2-day interaction with followers on our clients' main Twitter profiles.
• Weekly scheduling of posts on all platforms.
• Growing engagement & followers by community-focused campaigns.
• Research about our client's competition / prospects
• Staying up to date with daily ecosystem news
• Create compelling copywriting for experienced crypto traders
• Collaborate with team members (marketing lead, technical writers...)
• Distribute our clients’ newsletters, blogs articles & other content to their followers via socials and email channels.
• Regular reports on Marketing and content-related metrics.

What You Bring to the Team / Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years' in crypto and blockchain technology.
• Proven experience managing Twitter accounts.
• Experience working with decentralized, remote global teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in copywriting (links to published blog posts).
• Experience interacting with Discord and Telegram communities.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
