Your mission 🚀 As a Delivery Manager, you will be involved in the implementation of Finboot products. Supporting their clients, ensuring the product and services they purchased are delivered on time and to their very highest standards. Also, you will work with internal and external teams, checking to ensure that important deadlines are being met and things are on track.  You will be the liaison between the product teams and the clients, nudging the project forward and keeping financials on track. • Proactively managing implementation projects internally and with clients, including designing the solution, documentation, planning, and leading client workshops. • Managing and resolving any technical questions and issues with the product management and development teams, the technical requirements of the implementation. • Identifying and executing improvements to the implementation process • Manage end-to-end digital projects: project setup and tracking using project management tools • Internal stakeholder management deliver on time

If this is you – holy cow! 🐄 • Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of some college and work experience. • Minimum 3 years working with implementation in IT projects. • Experience in a technology-focused field.  • Solid organizational skills including strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines. • Demonstrated expertise in producing high-quality deliverables. • Can do attitude. • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal). • Previous experience working with clients and understanding their needs. Good communication skills are essential for the role.  • Tech skills: JSON, XML, API Rest, Postman, VPN.
