Aethir is seeking a skilled and creative Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer at Aethir, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and product managers, to design and deliver exceptional digital products that align with our brand and meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and identify user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and provide design assets and specifications.
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Work closely with product managers to align design decisions with overall product strategy and business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Experience and passion for technology, blockchain and web3 space.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (conversational, reading, and writing).
