The Open Network Society acts in the interests of the community by supporting initiatives that help achieve The Open Network's mission - put crypto in every pocket.
We're seeking a dynamic Hub Lead to drive developer and founder onboarding, guiding them to success within the TON ecosystem and helping them scale to hundreds of thousands of users.
Responsibilities:
- Founder Engagement: Build strong connections with founders in Europe, acting as the bridge between TON and the developer ecosystem;
- Onboarding & Support: Guide founders and developers through onboarding, providing technical assistance and other resources to ensure a smooth experience building on TON;
- Ecosystem Support: Act as an account manager for best projects in the ecosystem, coordinating and facilitating marketing exposure, VC introductions, etc;
- Event Coordination: Organize developer focused events, pitch nights, and educational initiatives to expand the TON developer network;
- Content & Resources: Create and manage onboarding materials, tutorials, and best practices for founders;
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather developer&founder feedback and translate it into actionable insights for improving TON’s onboarding experience. ** Requirements:**
- Experience in developer relations, preferably in blockchain;
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications;
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus);
- Proven ability to organize developer-focused events;
- Technical background or hands-on blockchain experience is a plus;
- Being able to travel for events and networking.
