What we’re looking for TON Foundation is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Lead. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and take ownership of all digital marketing directions — from SEO to social media, website, email, and digital advertising. We’re looking for a “player-coach” who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring our digital presence drives measurable impact and ecosystem growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across web, paid media, social, and content
  • Manage and coordinate with external advertising agencies on all paid campaigns (search, social, display, programmatic), track KPIs, optimise performance, and ensure campaigns are ROI-driven
  • Oversee website updates, UX improvements, and CTA optimisation, implement data-driven changes to drive engagement and conversions
  • Define and lead the social media team and strategy, ensuring a consistent brand voice, community engagement, and growth
  • Collaborate with content creators and agencies to produce blogs, graphics, and video assets. Brief and manage design teams for creative output (graphics, motion, video)
  • Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture users, announce product updates, and drive ecosystem engagement. Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimisation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners, ensuring all outputs align with TON’s brand and objectives
  • Work alongside the Analytics Lead to monitor performance across digital channels and deliver actionable reports

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, with proven ownership of multi-channel strategy and execution
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical, hands-on execution
  • Ideally 1–2 years of exposure to crypto, blockchain, or Web3 projects
  • Strong background in A/B testing, segmentation, and performance optimisation
  • SEO, paid media, social, website, email, content, and creative asset development
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
