What we’re looking for We’re hiring an Operations Manager to support and improve internal workflows within the TON Studio and EcoDev teams. The role includes helping structure and document recurring flows (contracts, payments, partner deals), coordinating processes between business and back office teams (legal, finance), and identifying points of failure before they become issues.

This is a cross-functional operational role, not an assistant position. We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and curious — someone who can handle messy realities, not just follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

Process Documentation and Analysis

• Map existing workflows in TON Studio & EcoDev: contracts, rev-share, payments, QIB, ZipHQ, crypto transfers
• Document edge cases and country-specific compliance constraints (e.g. partner restrictions by jurisdiction, QIB preconditions)
• Maintain a knowledge base of templates, guides, SOPs, and process definitions
• Capture institutional knowledge that currently lives “in people’s heads”

Operational Support

• Track and support request flows: from business input to legal, finance, and final approval
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams to provide correct data and unblock decisions
• Support creation of clear, step-by-step playbooks for recurring operational actions (e.g. contract drafting, event partnerships, crypto payments)
• Track and align expectations between stakeholders (e.g. BizDev, Legal, Ops) to avoid misalignment during execution
• Own and maintain templates and workflows inside ZipHQ

Cross-functional Troubleshooting

• Join Studio team syncs, identify friction points and operational blind spots
• Propose improvements and automation where possible
• Ensure tasks don’t get stuck due to unclear ownership or missing input

Partner Coordination

• Support partner-related workflows, including communication in Telegram/Slack chats
• Support partner flows from pre-QIB assessment to contract signature, including ownership mapping, partner communication, and criteria validation
• Maintain an up-to-date reference of “can/cannot do” scenarios for partner engagements based on internal compliance guidelines (e.g. entity types, proof of residence, legal exceptions)
• Help define flows for partner onboarding, agreement drafting, QIB, invoicing, and payments

Requirements

Must-haves

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, admin, or junior PM roles
• Familiarity with legal/finance/product teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage end-to-end processes, not just execute single tasks
• Strong documentation and coordination skills
• Strong organizational thinking and attention to detail
• Willingness to ask questions, escalate blockers, and own follow-through

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in tech startups or web3 projects
• A desire to grow into a process owner, not just execute tickets
• Familiarity with ZipHQ or similar request/approval systems
• Ability to structure informal workflows, ask clarifying questions, and make things move
• Awareness of basic web3/legal/finance terms: rev-share, smart contracts, crypto flows

We do not require blockchain experience, but the right candidate should be comfortable navigating dynamic and semi-formal environments.
