About the Opportunity

Our recruiting team is a core strategic driver of Okcoin’s success. We build the foundation of our future by hiring extraordinary talent that share our mission of building an inclusive future of finance. We are looking for our second Design Recruiter to partner with our Head of Design to create the most human centered and brand product in crypto. In this role, you will be responsible for building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs and will be instrumental in our ability to move the needle for the business. You will have the opportunity to build hiring processes from scratch, create proactive sourcing strategies while layering in diversity, and act as a strategic thought partner to the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define, design and implement searches to help build our fast-growing Experience team (Product Design, Content Design, User Research, Design Ops, etc.)
• Develop creative strategies throughout the recruiting process to uncover and hire talent in this competitive market
• Collaborate with our Leadership team to guide organizational planning and develop hiring roadmaps to help the team meet product and business goals
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for both candidates and hiring teams - including initial contact, interview management, complex offer negotiations, and collaboration with HR partners to ensure a smooth handoff for onboarding
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information to drive the search process and add value to our overall market intelligence initiatives
• Provide deep subject matter expertise with the ability to coach hiring managers and interview teams through the interview process
• Partner with the Experience team to elevate our branded recruiting efforts

What We Look For In You

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally recruiting for creative/design specific roles
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
• Experience building partnerships with leaders and cross-functional partners, including senior management
• Proven track record of identifying, engaging and closing passive candidates from top companies
• Ability to leverage talent market insights and data to guide decisions and influence hiring managers

Nice to Haves

• Relevant experience in a global high-tech company
• Experience working with global teams across offices and timezones
• Existing interest and/or understanding of crypto
