About the Opportunity

Our recruiting team is a core strategic driver of Okcoin’s success. We build the foundation of our future by hiring extraordinary talent that share our mission of building an inclusive future of finance. We are looking for a Design Sourcer to partner with our Recruiters and Design Leadership to create the most human centered and brand product in crypto. In this role, you will be responsible for building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs and will be instrumental in our ability to move the needle for the business. You will have the opportunity to build strategic sourcing and engagement programs to help hire the most sought after Design/Experience talent in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define, design and implement searches to help build our fast-growing Experience team (Product Design, Content Design, User Research, Design Ops, etc.)
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
• Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels such as research, referral generation, talent mapping and sourcing campaigns to identify high caliber candidates and maintain healthy pipeline for priority roles
• Leverage data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies and iterate on our interview process
• Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences for technical functions with recruiters and hiring managers
• Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience to foster long-term relationships

What We Look For In You

• 3+ years of sourcing experience with an in-house recruiting team, search firm or agency - ideally recruiting for creative/design specific roles
• Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers
• In-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
• Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
• Experience engaging and activating passive candidates

Nice to Haves

• Relevant experience in a global high-tech company
• Experience working with global teams across offices and timezones
• Existing interest and/or understanding of crypto
