In order to achieve this goal, we are looking for an outstanding and highly motivated social media talent who will support us in implementing the vision and who is ready to set new standards.

We are supported by the Rapid Pioneers Group, a team of successful founders who have co-founded and invested in some of the most famous consumer brands in Europe over the past few years. The current portfolio of over 30 companies (Amorelie, enpal, everdrop, Fitvia - to name a few) has raised more than $1 billion in investment capital and employs over 5,000 people.

Tasks

In this position you will:

• Be responsible for the creative graphic design of an entire company: From day 1 you will be actively involved in the conception and development of eye-catching and high-quality graphic content
• Bring the AMUZED identity to life: You will be responsible for the recognition potential and visual appeal of the brand
• Actively contribute to the social media communication: Alongside the social media strategy team, you will conceptualize and implement digital campaigns
• Take responsibility: Structure and manage your own projects
• Learn from the pros: Work closely with successful entrepreneurs from major brands and companies and expand your network at the same time
• Broaden your horizons: Get a glimpse of the activities across all business areas - from marketing and strategy to sales and more

Requirements

You should bring with you:

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a university degree in marketing, media, design, communication, etc.
• You have already gained practical experience in graphic design or content illustration for a brand, which you really enjoyed
• You shine with superior knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and are skilled with animated designs as well
• You are full of creativity and have an eye for qualitative, estethic and user-catching designs
• You have a great sense for bringing corporate identities to life and applying them in many ways: social media, website, press materials, merchandise etc.
• You are able to familiarize yourself quickly and independently with topics and develop great solutions and design approaches
• You may even run your own (successful) social media account with creative content - that's a plus
• You possess a good mix of positivity, curiosity, ambition and you enjoy new challenges. You are fluent in English, good knowledge of German is another plus
