Web3 Director of Business Development, Memberships

Compensation: $36k - $90k estimated

The Block delivers deep insight into how the emerging digital assets sector interacts with traditional finance, technology, governments, and markets. We reach hundreds of thousands of technologists, financial market participants, Fortune 500 professionals, global service providers, policymakers, and more through our main website, dedicated Research Portal, podcast, and events. We are currently seeking a Director of Business Development to join our rapidly growing Membership sales team. The Director of Business Development will lead a team of driven Business Development Associates and manage front-line managers on the team. 

The Director of Business Development should bring a proven track record of success in achieving lead and pipeline generation targets and previous experience motivating teams. They will align outbound and inbound lead generation goals, strategy, and tactics to our go-to-market initiatives.  This role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and enablement groups to maximize pipeline creation.
